Bookings
A booking is confirmed once we send you a written confirmation (WhatsApp or e-mail) with the price and pick-up details.
Prices
Prices are per vehicle and include the driver, fuel, tolls and parking for the agreed route. Entrance fees, guides, meals and accommodation are not included unless stated.
Payment
Payment is made to the driver on the day in cash (EUR or MAD) unless another method has been agreed. A deposit may be requested for multi-day tours and large groups.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pick-up. Later cancellations or no-shows may be charged. Multi-day tours may have specific conditions communicated in your quote.
Waiting time
Airport pick-ups include free waiting time after landing (60 minutes at Marrakech and Agadir, 90 minutes at Casablanca). Delays caused by the airline are monitored at no extra cost.
Passengers
The number of passengers and luggage must match the booking so we can send a suitable vehicle. Seat belts must be worn at all times.
Liability
We operate with authorised, insured vehicles. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, road closures or weather conditions, but we will always do our best to find a solution.
